Isikhala means gap, opening, or pass, and refers to a “space” or area that allows passage.

This name reflects the heart of my work - creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a more grounded and intentional way.

How I came to this work

I’ve always been interested in the disconnection experienced between body and mind - how we hold stress physically, how emotions show up in the body, and how difficult it can be to access clarity and progress, when everything feels stuck.

My curiosity and exploration led me to train in massage, coaching, and movement-based practices, including yoga and pilates. What I discovered is that no single approach works in isolation.

People don’t experience life in separate parts - so the work shouldn’t be separate either.

My Approach

I work in an integrated way - supporting the whole person.

Stress, emotions, and life experiences are held physically, not just mentally. Because of this, I combine therapeutic massage, movement, and coaching to support a process of release, awareness, and change.

Sessions are guided by what is present in the moment.

There is no fixed formula and no pressure to perform or explain.

We begin where you are.



Ways to Work Together

Single Sessions

Space to Unwind -

A therapeutic massage experience.

A calm, supportive space to release tension and reduce stress.

Some sessions are quiet and restorative. Others include gentle reflection, if it feels right.

Best suited if you:

  • feel physically or mentally stressed
  • find it difficult to switch off or relax fully
  • are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or depleted
  • are looking for a calm, restorative massage experience

Space to Explore -

A coaching-led, body-aware session

A reflective space to explore what’s been going on for you, with gentle awareness of thoughts, emotions, and the body.

Best suited if you:

  • feel something is present or unresolved, but find it hard to fully name it
  • want space to reflect and make sense of what you’ve been experiencing
  • notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, or physical tension that you want to explore
  • are curious about the connection between how you feel and how your body responds

60 minutes | £75

If you’re unsure of where to start, either of these sessions offers a supportive first step.

We can also shape things together over time, depending on what you need.

Ongoing Support

Integration Journey -

A 6-session mind-body process

A more supported way of working together over time, allowing space to explore patterns, deepen awareness, and create meaningful change.

Best suited if you:

  • notice recurring patterns that feel hard to shift on your own
  • are ready to explore yourself more deeply over time
  • want ongoing support rather than one-off sessions
  • are open to a process that unfolds gradually and gently

Midlife Reset -

A 12-week holistic support programme for women navigating midlife.

A structured and supportive approach for navigating midlife and post menopause, with greater clarity, balance, and self-connection.

Best suited if you:

  • notice shifts in energy, mood, identity, or well-being
  • want to feel more balanced, informed, and supported during this time
  • are looking for a holistic approach that includes mind, body, and lifestyle awareness

Workplace Support

Corporate Wellbeing sessions

Tailored massage, movement, and mindfulness sessions designed to support stress reduction and employee wellbeing.

Available options include:

  • on-site chair massage
  • yoga and pilates
  • mindfulness and stress release workshops
  • bespoke wellness days

Best suited if you:

  • want to support employee wellbeing in a meaningful, practical way

This work is not about forcing change.

It is about creating space - so that awareness, regulation, and clarity can emerge.

  • the body holds experiences we don't always have words for
  • slowing down creates space for clarity
  • awareness is often the beginning of change
  • we don't need to force insight for it to emerge

My role is not to fix or analyse you, but to support a process where you can begin to notice, understand, and shift things at your own pace.

Some sessions are quiet and restful, others include conversation, reflection, or gentle exploration of thoughts and patterns.

Many clients find that when the body begins to relax, things naturally surface - without needing to be pushed or analysed.
